All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs (excluding public holidays and weekends) based on the time the order was received and shipping availability. You will be contacted if your items cannot be shipped in a timely manner.

We charge a flat rate shipping and handling fees for all US orders. Ground Shipping ranges from $6.00, $.8.00 or $10.00 for ground shipping. UPS 2/3Day add $10.00 , Express Shipping adds $30.00 to the cost of shipping. Items are shipped from warehouses through out the US and will be shipped from the nearest location with product and availability. Shipping rates charged on the shopping cart are calculated for the lower 48 states and does not included Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. Where applicable, additional shipping fees will be charged based on the actual courier charges to those remote area.

Items shipped internationally are subject to shipping surcharges, brokerage fees and import duties. A email will be sent with a link to complete payment for the additional fees. Payment must be received within 48 hours, else the transaction be canceled less the transaction and processing fees. Canadian orders can be purchased directly in Canadian dollars for most items. If the item does not appear in the Canadian shopping cart, please contact us by email and we will post the item for you from our Canadian suppliers.

Orders are shipped by best means available, depending on location. We use UPS, DSL, FedEx and the Postal Service for delivery. Larger items are shipped by ground only. Packaged equipment is shipped by as freight by truck. The Equipment Manufacturer will determine the courier. Please contact us for cost and delivery times.

Ground shipping is 3-7 business days from the time shipped to the lower 48 states. Excluding public holidays and weekends.

Express Delivery Next Day is Next business day from the time shipped, excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders received after 1 PM EST may be shipped the next business day.

Non-Stock items may take 1-2 weeks additional delivery time and a notice will be sent to inform you of any delays with the options of cancelling the order. Factory order can take longer.

2nd Day is two business days from the time shipped, excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders received after 1pm EST may be ship the next business day
